Payment terms
A €200 deposit is required to secure a booking.
Payment in full is required 7 days before the day of tour.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations require 7 days notice in order to receive a full refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days will forfeit the €200 deposit value.
Cancellations due to adverse weather will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling policy
Depending on availability tours may be rescheduled free of charge.
Requests to reschedule within 7 days of the tour date will be treated the same as the cancellation policy should no alternative tour date be available.

Weather conditions
Weather forecasts are constantly monitored to ensure the safety of guests.
Strong winds and particularly wet conditions may sometimes result in tours being cancelled. Decisions to cancel will be made at least 24 hours before the tour and a full refund given.
Health Declaration and Disclaimer Notice
Insurance requires all guests to sign a Health Declaration & Disclaimer Notice at the start.
This document will be made available on the tour day.
Pick-up / Drop off
Fat Bike Galway provides pick-up / drop off from your accommodation within 3km of Galway City.
Please provide details of your accommodation on the booking form.

Guest requirements and limitations
All guests must be competent at riding a bike.
Maximum rider weight 120 kg.
Minimum age 14 years old.

Roundtrip transportation in private vehicle.
RadRhino electric bikes.
Cycle helmets.
Hi-Vis jackets.
Bottled water.
Exclusions
Lunch and refreshments.
Optional Sheepdog Demonstration.
