How much time is spent cycling during the full and half day tours ?The typical cycle time for both tours is based on approximately 3 hours.

Who is suitable to take part in the tour?Any person 14 years old and over can participate in the tour regardless of their fitness level. Please familiarise yourself with ‘Guest requirements and limitations’ in the ‘Terms and Conditions’.

How do the electric bikes operate?The bikes operate with a pedal-assist function which means pedaling is made much easier especially when cycling against wind or going uphill.

What items are recommended to bring?WATERPROOF JACKET, WARM CLOTHES, HAT & GLOVES, BACKPACK, SWIMWEAR & TOWEL (optional) SUNGLASSES, SUN PROTECTION, CHAPSTICK, DRINKS & SNACKS.

Is previous electric bike experience necessary?No. Before you begin the ride there is a demonstration and time to get familiar with your electric bike.

What make and model are the electric bikes?The bikes are Rad and model RadRhino5 in both Unisex and Step-Thru versions.

Do the electric bikes conform with road safety?Yes. The Rad range of electric bikes all conform with Irish and EU regulations.

How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?Please familiarise yourself with the ‘Terms and Conditions’ when making a booking.

What is the arrangement for pick-up and drop off?Information relating to pick-up and drop off can be found in the ‘Terms and Conditions’.

What if the weather forecast is rainy for the tour day?As this is an outdoor activity tours will usually go ahead rain or shine. Information relating to weather conditions can be found in the ‘Terms and Conditions’.

Are there opportunities to stop for photos and breaks during the cycle?Yes. There are several stops along the route on both the full and half day tours.
